This beautiful creature was grazing peacefully by the Ottawa River. She let me almost close enough to touch, but I took only photos. I was honoured that she trusted me near her, especially since I could see her teats swollen with milk, indicating she likely had young or was pregnant. Awesome animal encounter! :peace:
