Tree of Life

Intended as a frustration piece while I was working on a "more important" piece, a painting for the sake of painting when my mind's a clutter.
This could also be called "WIP The Family Tree" as it is the first stage of my finished painting but I actually prefer this earlier stage. I painted the tree with oil paint and the background in watercolour, which was a mistake because it kept rubbing off the canvas, so I went over the background in acrylic paint.
